BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a contract with the
Innovative Housing Development Corporation to operate a "Housing Construction Program" in
an amount not to exceed $400,000.00.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the !/ day
of 1992.
