RESOLUTION
WHEREAS bids were received for the development of a creative playground,
horse trails and foot trails in Tyrrell Park; and,
WHEREAS, Premium Construction submitted a bid in the amount of
$117,698.00, which includes the base bid and three add-alternates; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Premium
Construction is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Premium Construction for the development of a creative
playground, horse trails and foot trails in Tyrrell Park in the amount of $117,698.00, which
includes the base bid and three add-alternates, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the &
day of 1992.
