RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the following individuals will be designated as signatories on the Blue Cross
Insurance Claims Account #050-07003908. Two (2) signatories will be required.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following individuals will be designated as
