BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Ray A. Riley, City Manager; Sterling R. Pruitt, Assistant City Manager, and Kandy
Daniel, Treasurer, be, and they are hereby, designated as those persons who are authorized
signatories for banking, investment, handwritten and facsimile purposes for any institution
the City Council has already or may designate as a depository for the City of Beaumont,
effective February 10, 1992. The above three signatories shall also be authorized for
transaction with the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. ,,LL-
