RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized the City Manager to enter into a contract with
Bridle Bit Construction Company, in the amount of$33,945.00, for installation of vinyl siding
on the lower and upper west back section of the Harvest Club; and,
WHEREAS, during the course of the project it was decided to amend the original
contract to include the three additional sections and reduce future maintenance costs associated
with the wooden exterior; and,
WHEREAS, it is requested that Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $5,500.00 for
additional vinyl siding installation be authorized by the City Manager;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager, be, and he is hereby authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 in
the amount of $5,500.00 to cover material and labor for installing vinyl siding on the north,
south and east upper level stage areas of the Harvest Club.
