RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the claim of Geraldine Berry should be settled in the amount of
$37,000.00; and,
WHEREAS the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to settle the claim of Geraldine
Berry in the amount of Thirty-seven Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($37,000.00).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the full and final settlement of this claim
is hereby ratified.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
