WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of 172 tables for the Convention
Facilities Department; and,
WHEREAS, Mity-Lite, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of $25,034.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Mity-
Lite, Inc. is the best bid meeting specification and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Mity-Lite, Inc. for 172 tables in the amount of $25,034.00 for the
Convention Facilities Department, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
