BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to renew the maintenance agreement
for one (1) additional year with IBM of Beaumont in the amount of $31,740.96.
