WHEREAS, bids were received for the demolition and removal of two (2) structures
located at 3495 Houston; and,
WHEREAS, Gissco, Inc. of Port Arthur submitted a bid in the amount of $10,500.00;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Gissco, Inc.
is the best bid meeting specification and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY'OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Gissco, Inc. of Port Arthur in the amount of $10,500.00 for the
demolition and removal of two (2) structures located at 3495 Houston, be accepted by the City
of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this theWT�day
of 1992.
