WHEREAS, Mark Busceme's property damage claim should be settled for
$6,332.00; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to settle the claim of Mark
Busceme in the amount of Six Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-two and 00/100 Dollars
($6,332.00).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the full and final settlement of this claim
is hereby ratified.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the d//e/-
day of 1992.
