WHEREAS, the claim of Pat Kelley should be paid in the amount of
$4,500.00; and,
WHEREAS the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to settle the claim of Pat Kelley in
the amount of Four Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($4,500.00).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the full and final settlement of this claim
is hereby ratified.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
