RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept on behalf of the City of
Beaumont from Mrs. Lila Davidson and Mrs. Opal Lou Thrash drainage easements, on property
described as Lot 19, Block 1, Wescalder Fig Acres Addition, to relieve the flooding problem
on Wescalder Road. A plat depicting the easement is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
