BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute an agreement with BUILD,
Inc. in the amount of $50,000.00 to be matched with private donations to carry out a
comprehensive range of activities and projects directed at economic developments and downtown
revitalization.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the day of
