BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute six contracts in the amount
of $552,400.00 funded under the 1990 Community Development Block Grant Program as
follows:
(1) Northridge Manor Housing Complex $ 235,000
(2) Beaumont Community Foundation 1009000
(3) Housing Authority of Beaumont 25,000
(4) Programs for Human Services 18,500
(5) Cardinal Day Care Center 8,000
(6) Innovative Housing Development Corp. 165,900
$ 552,400
