RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, on December 2, 1991, bids were received for the purchase of full
circle clamps for utilization by the Water Distribution, Water Utilities Division; and,
WHEREAS, International Supply of Lufkin, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount
of $11,085.46; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by
International Supply is the lowest and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by International Supply in the amount of$11,085.46 for the purchase
of full circle clamps for use by the Water Distribution, Water Utilities Division, be and it is
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
