RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of approximately 7,000 square
feet of wall coverings and wall panels for the Civic Center; and,
WHEREAS, Deco Guard Products of San Marcos, California submitted a bid in
the amount of $33,797.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Deco Guard
Products is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Deco Guard Products, of San Marcos, California in the estimated
amount of $33,797.00 for the purchase of approximately 7,000 square feet of wall coverings
and wall panels for the Civic Center, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
