WHEREAS bids were received for furnishing and installing carpet and vinyl floor
tile in the Civic Center; and,
WHEREAS, Beaumont Carpet, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of$19,923.00;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by
Beaumont Carpet, Inc. is the lowest and best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Beaumont Carpet, Inc. in the amount of$19,923.00 for furnishing
and installing carpet and vinyl floor tile in the Civic Center, be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1991.
