RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, construction of the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street
improvements in The Meadowlands, Section Two described as follows, have been completed:
Street and Storm Sewer Improvements
• Durango Drive from the existing pavement on Durango Drive approximately 730 feet
north to the center of the cul-de-sac connecting with Salida Lane.
• Salida Lane from the center of the cul-de-sac connecting with Durango Drive
approximately 110 feet west to the end of the pavement ending with a Type III
barricade.
• Durango Circle from Durango Drive approximately 230 feet east to and including the
cul-de-sac.
• Vegas Lane from Durango Drive approximately 230 feet east to the center of the cul-
de-sac connecting with Sierra Circle.
• Sierra Circle from the existing pavement on Sierra Circle approximately 420 feet
north to the center of the cul-de-sac connecting with Vegas Lane.
Water and Sanitary Sewer Improvements
• Lots 22 through 29, Block 3
• Lots 8 through 22, Block 4
• Lots 4 through 10, Block 5
and,
WHEREAS, the developers of said addition desire to have these improvements accepted
and maintained by the City;
and,

WHEREAS, the director of the Public Works and Engineering Department recommends
that said improvements meet city standards and qualify for acceptance for permanent
maintenance, and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements should be accepted
and maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street improvements of The Meadowlands,
Section Two, as described above, are hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be
continuously maintained by the City contingent upon filing of the final plat complete with filings
of dedication of all rights-of-way and easements shown required on the preliminary and final
plats.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the day
of 1991.
