RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of ceiling tiles for the
Convention Facilities/Civic Center Complex; and,
WHEREAS, Craft Systems, Inc. of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amount of
$12,060.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Craft
Systems, Inc. in the amount of$12,060.00 is the best bid meeting specifications and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Craft Systems, Inc. in the amount of $12,060.00 for the purchase
of ceiling tiles for the Convention Facilities/Civic Center Complex, be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the lam,
