RESOLUTION
WHEREAS bids were received for 690 water meters to be purchased by the
Water Utilities Department, Water Distribution Division; and,
WHEREAS, O & R Utilities of Houston, Texas submitted a bid in the amount
of $39,370.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by O & R
Utilities is the lowest bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by O & R Utilities of Houston, Texas for 690 water meters to be
purchased by the Water Utilities Department, Water Distribution Division in the amount of
$39,370.00, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the/
day of 1991.
