RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract to provide routine
maintenance for the City's automobiles, vans and pick-up trucks; and,
WHEREAS, the bids received are as follows:

WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Magic
Car Wash and Quick Lube is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Magic Car Wash and Quick Lube for an annual contract to provide
routine maintenance for the City's automobiles, vans and pick-up trucks in the amounts listed
above, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
