WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of approximately 1300
Christmas turkeys; and,
WHEREAS, Kroger Food Store submitted a bid in the amount of $.89 per lb.;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Kroger
Food Store is the best bid meeting specification and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Kroger Food Store for approximately 1300 Christmas turkeys in
the amount of $.89 per lb., be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the /
