RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, construction of the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street
improvements in Willow Creek Country Club Estates described as follows, have been
completed:
Street and Storm Sewer Improvements:
• Gleneagles Drive from the existing pavement approximately 620 feet east
to a Type III barricade.
• Innisbrook Drive from Gleneagles Drive approximately 462 feet north to and
including the cul-de-sac.
• Augusta Drive from Gleneagles Drive approximately 406 feet north to and
including the cul-de-sac.
Water and Sanitary Sewer Improvements:
o Lots 1 through 13, Block 1
o Lots 1 through 14, Block 2
o Lots 1 through 8, Block 3
and,
WHEREAS, the developers of said addition desire to have these improvements
accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the director of the Public Works and Engineering Department
recommends that said improvements meet city standards and qualify for acceptance for
permanent maintenance, and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements should
be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and street improvements of Willow Creek
Country Club Estates, as described above, are hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and
shall be continuously maintained by the City contingent upon filing of the final plat complete
with filings of dedication of all rights-of-way and easements shown required on the preliminary
and final plats.
