WHEREAS, on November 18, 1991, bids were received for the purchase of one
(1) articulated off-road dump truck; and,
WHEREAS, Mustang Tractor and Equipment Company of Beaumont, Texas,
submitted a bid in the amount of $170,176 with buy back options for one articulated off-road
dump truck; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Mustang
Tractor and Equipment Company is the lowest and best bid submitted and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Mustang Tractor and Equipment Company in the amount of
$170,176 for one articulated off-road dump truck, including the buy-back options, be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the l f5/ day
of 1991.
