RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the claim of Pauline Prudhomme should be paid in the amount of
$8,536.90; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to settle the claim of Pauline
Prudhomme in the amount of Eight Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-six and 90/100 Dollars
($8,536.90).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the full and final settlement of this claim
is hereby ratified.
