BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to purchase 63.72 acres of land in
the vicinity of Collier's Ferry Landing at the end of Pine Street from Betsy M. Mullins for a
consideration of $51,650.00 at $810.00 per acre, a description of the property is attached
hereto as Exhibit "A".
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 424(
