BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a contract with
Naztec, Inc. for the purchase of a replacement computer signal system for downtown Beaumont
at a cost of $418,850.00.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of P.f- 1991.
