RESOLUTION
WHEREAS bids were received for an annual contract to maintain non-utilized
City property; and,
WHEREAS, Trax Enterprises of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amount of
$.00248 per square foot for developed property and $.00179 per square foot for vacant
property; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Trax
Enterprises is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Trax Enterprises of Beaumont in the amount of$.00248 per square
foot for developed property and $.00179 per square foot for vacant property, be accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the Sx
day of 1991.
