RESOLUTION
WHEREAS bids were received for the purchase of fourteen (14) ten foot light
poles and globes as part of the Crockett Plaza Project; and,
WHEREAS, Graybar Electric Co., Inca of Beaumont submitted a bid in the
amount of $15,302.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Graybar
Electric Co., Inc. is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Graybar Electric Co., Inc. of Beaumont in the amount of
$15,302.00 for the purchase of fourteen (14) ten foot light poles and globes as part of the
Crockett Plaza Project, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the QV
day of 1991.
