BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept the Beaumont Municipal
Tennis Courts Project as complete and issue final payment in the amount of $15,225.00 to
Australian Courtworks, Inc.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the ;F2W day
