RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the claim of Susan Edd should be paid in the amount of
$12,500.00; and,
WHEREAS the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to settle the claim of Susan Edd in
the amount of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($12,500.00).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the full and final settlement of this claim
is hereby ratified.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 4e2n� , 1991.
