RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, as a member agency of the Jefferson County Appraisal District, the City
of Beaumont is entitled to cast four hundred twenty-five (425) votes in the election to name the
district's Board of Directors;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to cast all four hundred
twenty-five (425) of its vote for representation on the Jefferson County Appraisal District Board
as follows:
Eugene Landry 212.5 votes
Ed Moore 212.5 votes
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the:2&day
Of 1991.
