Home My WebLink AboutRES 91-273 k 7�2- 91-,;? 73 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, The State Department of Highways and Public Transportation has submitted to the City of Beaumont right-of-way plans for Farm to Market Highway 364 (Major Drive) from State Highway 124 to State Highway 105; and, WHEREAS, Mrs. Louise Millner McCormack has agreed to accept the appraised value of $61,395.00 for a 0.772 acre tract of land required for the right-of-way and the appraised value of $1,875.00 for a 0.1876 acre twenty foot underground utility easement out of the Hezekiah Williams Survey, Abstract 56; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the City of Beaumont be authorized to purchase from Mrs. Louise Millner McCormack a 0.772 acre tract of land required for the right-of-way at the appraised value of$61,395.00 and and the appraised value of $1,875.00 for a 0.1876 acre twenty foot underground utility easement out of the Hezekiah Williams Survey, Abstract 56, for the FM 364 (Major Drive) Project.
