RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept from Mrs. Patricia Cantue
and Mrs. Sarah Tatum, Executrix of the Estate of Nando J. Hebert, Deceased, two twenty-
five foot (25') wide drainage easements out of the A. Williams Survey, to relieve flooding
problems in the Pine Street area. A plat depicting the easements is attached hereto as Exhibit
"A„
