BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to execute Change Order No.
4 with Russ Miller Construction Company, Inc. for a contract price decrease in the amount of
$30,891.49 on the Lafin Road Project which adjusts the estimated quantities to reflect the
quantities actually used on the project;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Lafin Road Project is hereby accepted and in
accordance with the terms of the contract, final payment be made in the amount of$31,875.76
to Russ Miller Construction Company, Inc., bringing the final construction cost of the project
to $637,515.11.
