RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to execute on behalf of the City of
Beaumont a corporate certificate of resolution in order to obtain a MasterCard credit card
account for use by the staff of the Convention and Visitors Bureau.
