BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized to renew for a one year period,
commencing on October 1, 1991, the landfill agreement between the City of Beaumont and the
Mid County Municipal League.
