BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to execute an agreement with Texas
Commerce Bank-Beaumont N.A. as the City of Beaumont's official depository for the next two
(2) years, beginning October 1, 1991 through September 30, 1993.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the Z!Lt day
of 1991.
