RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the construction of a covered area for the Landfill
facility; and,
WHEREAS, Jleeco Builders of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amount of$16,458.00;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Jleeco Builders is
the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Jleeco Builders of Beaumont in the amount of $16,458.00 for the
construction of a covered area for the Landfill facility, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the
day of 1991.
