RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for outgoing water statement envelopes and customer
return envelopes; and,
WHEREAS, Becker Printing Company of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amount of
$12,008.70 for furnishing and delivering 1,138,000 printed envelopes; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Becker Printing
Company is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Becker Printing Company of Beaumont for outgoing water
statement envelopes and customer return envelopes in the amount of$12,008.70 for furnishing
and delivering 1,138,000 printed envelopes, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the ,Q-6
