RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one diesel driven tractor with a front
end loader for use by the Solid Waste Management Department; and,
WHEREAS, Oil City Tractor of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amount of$18,434.00
for one Ford Model 3930 tractor with a front end loader; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Oil City Tractor
is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Oil City Tractor of Beaumont in the amount of$18,434.00 for one
Ford Model 3930 tractor with a front end loader for use by the Solid Waste Management
Department, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the !v�
