RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for an annuual contract for water treatment
chemicals used in the treatment of the City's water supply; and,
WHEREAS, the low bidders meeting specifications are as follows:

WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted above are
the best bids meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted above for an annual contract for water treatment chemicals used in
the treatment of the City's water supply, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
