RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract for grounds and facility
maintenance at Tyrrell Park. This contract includes the grounds within Tyrrell Park, the
Garden Center, and the rights-of-way along Tyrrell Park road; and,
WHEREAS, Henry Homberg Golf Course of Beaumont submitted a bid in the
amount of $109,200.00 annually; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Henry
Homberg Golf Course is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Henry Homberg Golf Course of Beaumont for an annual contract
for grounds and facility maintenance at Tyrrell Park in the amount of $109,200.00 annually,
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
