BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT
1. Subject to the personnel policies adopted by ordinance all regular full-time civilian
employees, including Council-appointed officials, exclusive only of Police and Fire
Department personnel covered by labor contracts, shall be granted a lump sum
payment equivalent to three (3) percent of their annual base pay, effective October 1.
2. The City Manager is authorized to allow a maximum of a three (3) percent step
increases as employees become eligible as provided by pertinent personnel regulations.
3. Salaries of officials appointed by City Council will be increased 3% effective
October 1, 1991.
