RESOLUTION
WHEREAS bids were received for an annual contract to provide grounds
maintenance of the rights-of-way along M.L.K. Parkway; and,
WHEREAS, Alamo Lawn Service of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amount
of $30,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Alamo
Lawn Service is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Alamo Lawn Service of Beaumont in the amount of$30,000.00 for
an annual contract to provide grounds maintenance of the rights-of-way along M.L.K. Parkway,
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
