BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized to execute a change order with
E. R. DuPuis Concrete Company, Inc. for a contract price decrease in the amount of$2,999.66
for the reconstruction of the two outside lanes of Washington Boulevard, from Eleventh Street
to IH-10 and repair the existing two center lanes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that final payment be made in the amount of$23,903.08
to E. R. DuPuis Concrete Company, Inc., bringing the final construction cost in the amount
of $514,874.85.
