RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for renovations to the Charlton Pollard Day Care
Center located at 1205 Schwarner Street; and,
WHEREAS, Watkins Construction of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amount
of $44,841.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Watkins
Construction is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Watkins Construction of Beaumont for renovation to the Charlton
Pollard Day Care Center located at 1205 Schwarner Street in the amount of $44,841.00, be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the
day of AQZ 1991.
