RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a contract with RSR Road
Surface Recycling (USA), Inc. for the 1991 Street Rehabilitation Program "Recycling Process"
at a cost of $478,936.22.
