HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 91-210 RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute in behalf of the City of Beaumont a quitclaim deed substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "A," which such quitclaim deed quitclaims all the interest the City might have in Lots No. 1-26, Block No. 38 of the Averill Addition to the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, to the James Cook Wilson, Jr. Trust and the Mary Randolph Wilson Trust and the Faye Randolph Wilson Trust and to the purchasers Rodolfo P. Sotolongo and Nereida Sotolongo. Neither Grantor nor Grantor's heirs, executors, administrators, successors or assigns shall have, claim or demand any right or title to the property or any part of it.
