RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept from Bridge Oil Company,
L.P. a ten (10') foot permanent easement and a twenty (20') foot temporary construction
easement out of the A. Williams Survey, Abstract 385. A plat depicting the easement is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the-3—C
day, of 1990.
